Okay, we may have skipped to the good part rather quickly and while you may not have all the swoon worthy details of your proposal planned out, one thing we know we can help with is the ring. 

It all starts with the diamond - and while some of the diamonds you see on our site are part of our own collection, many of the diamonds are selected from a third party vendor who sells their diamonds on our site as well as other diamond sites. 

What does that mean for you?

 

Once you have found the perfect diamond you can complete your order on our secure site, there will be a hold (not a charge) on your credit card for the cost of the diamond until we can confirm it is available. 

 

Diamond confirmation usually takes between 2-3 business days due to time difference of international vendors.

 

If the diamond is no longer available we will do our personal best to find you alternative options that are comparable to the specs of your original selection including price. If you decide that you’re no longer interested in moving forward with the replacement option we will have the hold removed from your card.

 

Once the vendor has confirmed the diamond is available we will send you email confirmation, your card will be charged and it will be shipped from our fulfillment office to you.
